Applications of BBa_K2015009

We combined BBa_K2015012 and BBa_K2015009 to be quantified. BBa_K2015012 contains plac(BBa_R0011) and it may be induced by IPTG. If it works correctly, it expresses green fluorescence with IPTG. We added IPTG and analyzed a GFP expression level. Fig. 1. shows a result. From left, BBa_K741002 as a positive control (cntaining a GFP expression unit), BBa_K2015012-BBa_K2015009 with IPTG 0mM, 0.5mM, 1.0mM, BBa_K2015012-BBa_K2015009 from different colony with 0mM, 0.5mM, and 1.0mM. BBa_K741002 just expressed GFP and BBa_K2015012-BBa_K2015009 didn't light at all. We couldn't recognize GFP with IPTG 0mM, 0.5mM, and 1.0mM and couldn't get a positive result.
